Makarfi’s Victory: APC members in pains right now – PDP chieftain, Sunny Onuesoke


A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, Sunny Onuesoke, has said that
the Supreme Court confirmation of Ahmed Markafi’s Caretaker Committee as the authentic leadership of the party must have put members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in pains right now.

He said this in Abuja after witnessing the decision of the Supreme Court ruling yesterday.
According to him, Makarfi’s victory had signaled the death of APC as the ruling party in Nigeria.
He argued that considering the apparent failure of APC in governance and recent Supreme Court judgment, it was glaring that PDP can rise from the ashes to win 2019 general election.
He said: “I love the Supreme Court decision. Shame is on APC and their stooge in the PDP. I am certain they must be reeling in pains right now.
